I come from a family of coal miners in Eastern Kentucky. My father suffered a severe injury in a mine collapse at a young age, but he continued working in the mining industry for most of his life. He later developed black lung disease. He received almost nothing for his injuries or medical bills and eventually had to fight for his Social Security Disability benefits later in life. My family’s experience inspired me to help others who are facing hardships because of injuries and disabilities. For over 23 years, I have helped thousands of injured and disabled clients obtain the compensation and benefits they need and deserve.
